The Owners, subject to payment of lease rent and maintenance charges by the client agrees to provide following amenities in the demised premises throughout the term of the agreement:

2. Maintenance of Toilets Gents, Urinals, Ladies.
3. Maintenance of Cafeteria at sixth Level exclusively for all employees.
4. Free Water Supply -24/7 throughout the term of the agreement.
5. Maintenance of Power station – 500 KVA.
6. Generator – 500 KVA.
7. Car Parking – free of cost.
8. Two Wheeler Parking – free of cost
9. Security Service for the demised premises of common areas only.
10. CCTV Coverage for office, cafeteria in 6Th level and common area premises.
11. General Building Maintenance.
12. Air Conditioning system AMC Services.
13. Lift Maintenance AMC Services.
14. Office Lighting Maintenance Services.
15. UPS-20 KVA with Batteries AMC Services.
16. Chairs, Work stations/cubical & Fixtures Maintenance Services
17. Fire safety equipment maintenance services.
